Our innovation process uses the five components of trend analysis, idea generation, idea testing, pilot phase and implementation / market launch in an interdisciplinary, structured and, above all, result-oriented method for shaping the future of Xella. Each proposal is heard: Our Heads of Innovation are central contact persons on site, who bundle ideas and incorporate them into internal decision-making processes.
At the end of the five steps an optimized workflow, a forward-looking material, a new product or a new service can be created.
In this process, the innovation management team works closely with the employees of the Xella Technologie- und Forschungsgesellschaft, for example to test products or to carry out pilot phases.
