Jan Buck-Emden, born in 1964, joined the company in 2001. Since July 2005 he is member of the managing board of Xella International GmbH. As of April, 1 2007 Jan Buck-Emden became chairman of the management

Heiko Karschti, born 1967, was appointed commercial director of Xella International GmbH in December 2007. Mr Karschti is also in dual role CFO of Xella Baustoffe GmbH.

Oliver Esper, born in 1964, joined the company in 2001. Since October 2008 he is technical managing director of Xella International GmbH. Mr. Esper is also in dual role CTO of Xella Baustoffe GmbH.

Boudewijn van den Brink, born in 1954, was appointed COO of Xella International GmbH and Xella Baustoffe GmbH in March 2012. Mr van den Brink had already worked for Xella during the period July 2001 to September 2004 in his capacity as Managing Director of the former Haniel Baustoff-Industrie Kalksandstein GmbH.
