Personal commitment on the part of our employees contributes to a high degree to the world-wide success story of the Xella Group. Whether as a technical employee in one of our plants, as a member of the chemical laboratory staff in our research department, as on-site consultant for our customers or as part of our administrative staff – we consider the aptitude, expertise and experience of each individual to be valuable capital for the company. This is the reason that the subject of personnel development plays a central role in our company-wide advanced training concept: the Xella Campus.
Employee interviews are held annually to discuss and define tailor-made plans for specific occupational and personal development. Our most important concern here is: To support each and every employee – from worker to manager – in a target-oriented, practical manner to ensure that he or she is optimally included in our company's processes. To achieve this goal, we implement custom-tailored training plans. The spectrum ranges from enhancing technical knowledge right on up to management know-how. Employees recommended for special carriers are provided with the means to enhance and increase technical knowledge already present. Those with high potential are prepared step by step for advanced duties.
